A Message From Professor! August 19, 2025

Hey Vanguard BJJ Family,

I sent an email before but I want to mention it here too.  Thank you for your continued support of Vanguard BJJ.  It looks like we've had enough sign ups to continue through the School Year and then reassess come June.  I'm optimistic and excited to get past the tuition increase and right sizing and move into the part where we get everyone ready for their promotion ceremony.  If you've been working hard and showing up, you are probably due for a promotion.  

WATCH THE ONLINE VIDEOS!   I can't encourage you enough.  If you are stuck or not sure how to do a certain technique, go to the Vanguard Kajabi video library.  Watch the video as many times as you like, practice at home if you can and then when we get on the mats, try it out and ask questions with your coach.  That's what we're here for.
